Question: In six weeks (we'll 5 now).....I think I will be at 7 days instead of 14 days, do I need to restart my settings or edit my settings......thank you 😊

Great question. Go to “adjust current treatment” to change the days.

Hi. How do I change aligner day length ? I’m currently on tray 2 with 10 days to go but app is saying 2 days to go. For some reason it isn’t working when I try to amend days for current aligner & subsequent aligners. Thanks.

You can “adjust current treatment” and adjust the days by pressing + or - . Please email us directly by selecting “send us feedback” if you need additional assistance.

I think I messed up my initial setup. Just started today and I needed to put "Number of days you have been wearing" as zero....I think I put 1. Anyway...I got them at 9 AM and it's saying that I have been wearing them for 12 hr 27 min (the green circle). That is the only thing I think I could have messed up. Should I delete the app and start over?

Hi, the number of hours for the first day assumes you are wearing it since 12 midnight. You can adjust by editing the time off in the time stamp on the calendar screen.
