One issue is holding me ,if you can answer me .The fact that the cards are embossed ,do they get scratched (chip,magnetic stripe or embossed characters ) one against the other when we slide them out?

I have the Axis and I love it. The $160 price is steap for just a wallet, but this is way better than any normal leather wallet or any other minimalist wallets on the market, by far way better. I will definitely be buying one when they come out. Cant fucking wait!!!

People whats 150 fore perfection. Your EDC is going to be some of the most expensive items you own just because these are the few items you depend on at all times. I mean 250 for a pocket knife 400 for a great watch 265 for them high end mountain light 2 danner boots. 1000 for your cc pistol with adons. Dont blow your money but spend that money on items that you still have in 60 years. create long lasting memories

Brian Danner, I agree it's not cheap but I carry one of my favorite knives and a high quality light sometimes a multitool... it's expensive stiff but I only gatta buy them once.

Agreed. Have my contour, a 300 Emerson/Protech cqc 7 knife, 300 for my Suunto watch, 700 for my Glock 23, 160 Haley Strategic Skimmer Trigger, 165 trijicon hd sights, 80 for the tungsten guide rod, and 60 for my Gerber pen. If you're life depends on what you carry don't go cheap!

I love my trayvax wallets. got 3 different types so far and switch between them. I live the idea of the adjustable pin/catch for the leather strap however the torx screw puts me off. could this not be adapted to a threaded pin/catch so it can me adjusted without the need for tools by just untightening the pin and sliding up or down to the desired position then tightened up by hand again? apart from that I'm sold on this.

I have the Axis and I love it. I'd love to upgrade to the contour but it seems a bit too bulky for my taste. Also $159 is steep for a wallet. I can vouch that Trayvax products are top notch but I think I'll be sticking with my Axis for awhile.

So what happens when you are out shopping and you adjusted the cash part to hold a ton of bills because you had to go Christmas shopping and you spend the money while you are out and the cash part is preadjusted to hold all that cash mow its gone..... So does that mean all your cards will fall out?, or would I now have to carry another item on me (torque driver) to adjust the screw on the cash part of the wallet?

Looks like Trayvax has great innovation ideas, design and quality products. Seems like the main issue with folks is price. We've done that to ourselves by buying "cheap" imported products. Also I would like another strap and it doesn’t have to be a expensive leather to go completely across my cash in the back. I know you say it’s a tight secure fit but it would be even more secure with some sort of full across strap.

Anyone use this with card protectors? I have concerns about the wallets design (cards on cards) would cause premature wear on the cards strip. More a flaw in the cards not the wallet. I'm just curious from those who own how their heavy daily use cards are holding up

about a minute and a half in you are talking about being able to adjust the thickness "on the go". so if just have a 20 on me and buy something that is say $6 I'll get $14 back. went from one bill to a minimum of 5 bills. That's a big difference in thickness once the bills are folded. I have to carry around a hex driver to adjust my wallet every time I buy something. how is this a good thing?

Hi, I bought your original - got tons of "wow" looks everywhere I went LOL. Solid wallet. Only issue I had, was the back inside. could not hold cash well-although not an issue as I do not use cash that often - like rare, but the two "screw" at the back did hamper moving the bottom card round. to solve it, I put a dummy card there so the others on top would slide around. I'm going to buy another of yours, but not sure on the contour or the axis.. I do like the fast ability to slide a card out from the orginal model, got pretty fast at it, - crap - saw the price - def not affordable for the "working man" That's a car payment for me LOL o well

I got this wallet about a month ago. It's really nice. To all of you that complain about price, well...you pay for what you get. The leather is very high quality. The wallet is very adjustable, and very unique. You buy once and you are set. Instead of buying crummy looking wallets over and over that last 2-3 years. You cannot take all your money to the grave anyway. Anybody with a good head on their shoulders can always earn more money but you only live once. So why not enjoy the fine things in life.

Trayvax should remove the second layer leather (with the strap and hand stitching) and can reduce the thickness of the wallet in half with a slender design. Modify and extend the first layer of leather (which hold credit cards) as a strap like the second one will increase the smoothness at the back of the wallet and feel less bulky in the front pocket. Credit cards and cash will be in the same storage with more secure while strap down. I apologize if you see my own idea is offensive and not practical but as always I am your fan, love your wallets.

This is pretty nice. I like the design and the button/clip. I don't like the materials as much. Even outside of the material costs, I like the ballistic nylon, paracord, and stainless steel combination of the axis. If I could have those materials in this design it would be ideal. I like having the cordage, and I ground out a hollow in mine so it could work with a ferro rod. The coating on that means it won't be usable for that purpose, and while the leather looks nice, It doesn't do a good job acting as cordage. That aside, it's a nice looking wallet. I think that'll be a nice edition to the line up.

Genuine leather wallet? I wouldn't brag too much about that big guy. Genuine leather is a label put on wallets, and signifies the lowest quality leather you can use. If you like the dad bi-fold wallet, more power to ya. I prefer a slimmer less bulky option. But hey, at least you have a spot to hold photos in your dad wallet.

I have modies from the start to Paracod, the one just before the Contour. There are out of this world. I am a quadriplegic and can use TRAYVAX WALETTS they are totally thinking out of the box but keeping it real for the EDC person.
