I loved the part in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles where the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles went “It’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’in time” and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle’d all over those Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Truly one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle moments of all time.

Was never into the ninja craze like my friends at school. What am I saying, I didn't have any friends at school! I was the lone kid who played Doctor Who with his Star Wars figures. Mix in Transformers and GI Joe...I was the NERD! That said, I do remember when the 5 part TMNT mini-series aired daily one week. I watched it while eating dinner when I got home from school. What I didn't realize was my father, a university math professor, was watching it too. One day that week, I missed an episode. My father watched it EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT THERE. The next day he told me it was a pretty good story. He understood this little nerd so well.

I know that I said this before but I think I might enjoy this iteration of the TMNT alot when I go see Mutant Mayhem in August, Leo & Raph are easily my personal faves, Donnie and Mikey are cool too lol.

Oh lord them McCains Turtles pizzas back in the day were weird. I had the one with Anchovies and it set up my life long dislike of fish. My mum got the the apple flavour one and it may be the worst thing I ever tasted up to then. I used to complain that I could still taste it weeks later. I forgave the turtles though cos they did the ninja rap and seemed otherwise pretty chill. Much like yourself big man.

TMNT is a toyline I've never collected, but the characters are great, I've always enjoyed the shows and characters in TMNT. I'm especially in love with the new movie's designs, and can't wait to see it myself.

The absence of Shredder and that theme song didn't help matters, and turned me off the series even more if anything. I respect the opinions of those who enjoy Rise, but I'm not a fan myself.

Yeah I've seen these news figures cos my local Smythtoys have them right next Transformers! Granted I never took a good look at them until now! I know £10 is cheap but I may get one (preferable Mikey) once they are on the clearance table!

Fun video! Thank you! I had a few select original TMNT figures when I was younger, but the only one I still have is Leatherhead. I've bought a few figures from each iteration over the years, especially if they're new characters or Leatherhead, but I think I'll give this line a pass, simply because I'm not that big on the art style. Gotta say, though, I love what Super7 is doing with their TMNT Ultimates! line, but I can only afford to get VERY choosy with which ones of those I get, because they're rather pricey.

They are a bit weird, but they are massively growing on me. With the mutant figures, it feels like they are going back to the really creative and fun toys of the original line. And since each figure costs less than a Star Wars three and three quarters figure, I'm getting them all 😂
