I had a question, my velo doesn’t match to where it should be. Im a junior in HS and I’m a pretty big dude, 6’1 about 230, I’m relatively strong, probably not as much as I should be tho. However I still feel like I should be throwing harder than I am, I’m only about 78-81. What should I do to fix this and get my velo to where it should be?
