Beautiful film. I'm 72 and I used to run EVERYWHERE. Now, with COPD breathing disorder it's a bit of a different story, but running alongside you through these woods makes me want to go out and buy me some cheap old running shoes and hit the trail again. Maybe I'll do it. Maybe I will . You've let an old man dream again .....

I have been running in this park for decades. It is challenging and gorgeous. It is a great place to run on really hot days as the trees provide very ample shade. Thank you for this beautifully scenic run. Equipment: Pair of trainers. Laptop on a stand on top of a cabinet at head height. No treadmill and just jogging on the spot. Sometimes moving around the living room. I even found myself moving to the right when that buggie passed by. Oh and by the way - I finished the same time as you. Many thanks for this virtual (my first virtual run). My steps were recorded as 7840. Thank you.

I just got high before my workout on the treadmill and put this video on in the background to kill the boredom and after about 5 minutes got super engrossed in the video and started using the incline on the treadmill to feel like I was actually doing the walk. My body language started changing and my stride changed depending on the incline coming up in the video. If you can feel like you’ve matched the speed of the person in the video it really does feel like you’re doing the walk! If you haven’t tried using the incline on the treadmill while watching the video, try it, it’s awesome! *the cannabis really helps make you feel like you’re there so that might be a big factor...
