Stunning scenery folks. Who cares what the pie was called, the main thing is, was it tasty. Looked to me that it could do with a dousing of Birds custard. Then again, I’ve always been a philistine. Having a French speaker on board must help. My, Ar voo un cuppa, doesn’t do much in Rural France, much less my , non, je ne parle francais. I have mastered the galic shrug. Nice to see some provincial France! If your time allows, and you find yourselves near Marseilles, visit the Calanques, should be accessible this time of year. If you can detour inland to Avighnon and onwards to the Gorge du Verdun its stunning countryside.

No worries - we love feedback and suggestions ... it helps us grow 🤗😉👍 I had a thought - if there are places in past videos - I do subtitles, which means that I have to check the spelling and then put in commas, fullstops etc It not only means people with hearing issues can see correct subtitles it also means that Chris can then translates them into various languages of any nationality that might want to see them (in this series he is doing most of the countries we are visiting that don't speak English!!) in this case it is Lake Genin 😘👍 best wishes and thanks again for the suggestion xx Marianne xx

When we planned to drive around the world we had a sort of mapped out route, but keeping it quite fluid .... but then as we drove South through France - Vera our friend said, if we did not stop of and visit .... she would literally kill us LOL !!
