Grits, its a corn based product, kind of like oats are to oatmeal, but its made with hardened pulverized corn and cooked down. its great with butter and sugar.

You mention being a pizza guy at breakfast time. I spent some time in Japan. The hotels would offer "American" breakfast buffets, with pizza. And, yes, the pizza had corn on it. French fries, potato salad, and dinner sausages were also pretty common in their interpretation of the American breakfast.

They just recently got the drink buffet. I go there twice a year. Their buffet is pretty good. They have a yogurt parfait that is the best. I now eat yogurt because of it. I do like this buffet. I have a hard time eating enough for the price, but thankfully, my host usually comps me and my husband. My only beef with this one in particular is, if you ask for something special, they don't bring it until you're almost done, or the food is cold. The service is pretty poor. Oh, and one more thing to mention. I am very picky about coffee, and theirs isn't bad.

I almost when through my computer screen when you said North Carolina mustard BBQ sauce. NC sauce is vinegar based not mustard based. I live in SC. Mustard base BBQ sauce was invented here! Lol. The Mirage and the M Resort buffets include unlimited alcohol. Not sure about what's on tap. As far as time limits, I know the Bacchanal at Caesars Palace states a two-hour limit on your receipt, but I've never seen it enforced.

Yes the Mirage has a buffet, its called “The Crave Buffet” and I’ve been there in 2017 and I found it very good at its price, especially the made to order pasta’s. But you can definitely get better buffets in Vegas if you’re willing to pay more!

Love your video but sooo disappointed when I visited this buffet in December and it was shockingly different. The only thing that was enjoyable was the coffee and juice station but everything else was awful, nothing like you see in this video anymore. What a shame!
