It's so interesting seeing how it turned out being the less liked one by such a a large amount. At least they can say they have two awesome songs they debuted with.

They had a very limited budget so they had to film in locations that would let them do it for free -- so they went to Morocco. They filmed Pirate King and Treasure there. If you look, you can see a tourist in the Treasure video. All in all, they're great videos for a) debuts from a tiny company, b) on a limited budget c) in free locations and d) filmed on what are probably high end Sony cameras and DJI Drones. If you really are enjoying Ateez even a little, honestly, just watch their videos in order and PLEASE check out their dance practices. You won't be disappointed. I promise.

I love both songs, but I prefer Treasure over Pirate King. The choreo for Pirate King is fantastic, but I just love the feeling of Treasure and how fun and epic it feels.

@DITKoreates No problem! I can understand why people that prefer really hard hitting beats and intense choreo would enjoy Pirate King more and it is definitely a safer debut song to really show off their dancing skills. Treasure to me is just more interesting in the vocals and production, but it's not as bold and aggressive as Pirate King so it is definitely underappreciated, but they are both fantastic debut songs for sure
