Only when it doesn't work, Natasha, 😂 Webbing, is a fusible fabric you can iron on to thinner fabric like silk to help strengthen it , quite often instructions, or as I call them, destructions suggest to use a lighter to stop edges from fraying. Faux tatoos can also be applied to regular paper. Fun for junk journals. ❤❤❤🇦🇺

Natasha, you break my heart. I just left the scrapbook-area to start in miniature painting, speedpainting and creating landscapes for table top, tainted grail, nemesis and so on.
