I feel like I criticize you every time I see you... Sorry for that ^^; Although, as artists and musicians, we can always improve. There seems to be a lot of clipping on the Piano in the beginning, thats the only technical and real non-opinionated thing here. As for opinions? The song seems to be missing things that could make the song more dynamic and heart felt, maybe a different instrument for the melody and an addition of other chords. When remixing a song, you don't have to stay it's original formula for a midi, go wild and experiment. Other than that, it was an enjoyable piece. Great work ^^
