PPPs and in particular Adani deal are a gross violation of the Constitution and the National Assembly should move a motion for the impeachment of the President. It's enough this rogue business. Let them show Kenyans the legality of PPPs and what exact process was used for them to be declared legal. Article 145 of the Constitution is clear that the President should be impeached in 3 specific instances: a)on the ground of a gross violation of a provision of the Constitution or of any other law; (b) where there are serious reasons for believing that the President has committed a crime under national or international law; or (c) for gross misconduct. Failure by the National Assembly to impeach Ruto is gross dereliction of duty on their part.
