My son, 26 had 2 days of hallucinations. Thinking people were messing with him, people hiding in the bushes, threatening him… he said he went to the neighbors house because he thought “those people” were guests of the neighbor. I’m not sure if he actually went to the neighbors house, or if that was an illusion. That scared me because we live pretty deep in the country and everyone out here has guns, and it’s rare to have someone just knock on your door. He said that he left some cigarettes and money out for “the people” so that they would leave him alone. The next day when he saw the cigarettes on the stump he finally realized that he was hallucinating for the past 2 days. Scary stuff! I wish he would go to treatment. I’m already prepared for the worst. As I heard one time… “forget about jails and institutions.. it’s just death. Death is the outcome!” For some jails and institutions are far safer than freedom + alcohol.

Great video... but one thing it does not cover is energetic attachments. Most addictions come with energy attachments. I have worked in a spiritual hospital in Brazil for 10 years. Have seen addicts healed in one visit by removing the energy attachment. If you believe in 'ghosts', then you know, drunks/addicts that die, sometimes do no move on into the Light, they stick around to hang out with a physical incarnate human that drinks/drugs to continue their addiction until they are ready to be healed.

Interesting… it’s like a co-morbidity. I’ve experienced and heard other Natives talk about spirits in relation to alcohol/drug use and depression. I went to a ceremony and saw 3 parasitic entities (scary). I had the feeling like they detached from me. I started praying for everyone in the room, thinking that these entities were looking for someone else to attach to. I didn’t tell anyone what I had seen, but a woman in the ceremony had complained and described something similar to what I had seen.

This is the dude you don’t want when presenting at the ER. Someone that is more concerned with the etymology of his practice than the actual condition of his patients. I had an ED physician prescribe me a short taper of Librium to take home and it was not nearly enough to keep me out of the woods as I had a major tonic-clonic seizure two days out of the hospital. The protocol was severely mismanaged and it led to me almost dying. I followed their direction to the T and all I got for it was a seizure, trip back to the hospital and a huge hematoma on my head from flapping around while seizing up. Dudes like this are part of the problem. They care more about being right than being kind.

So this also comes at a point that he’s had to drive himself to the ER a week ago. And after tell the ER doctor that he was having severe pain in his left arm and in his neck. Sunday night he’s telling me he had to return to the ER Friday night with severe pain again in his chest with high blood pressure also. My thoughts that possibly this might be a little too much after having his heart problems. Questionable thoughts about his health while starting DETOX after a possible heart attack?????

This is interesting I was trying to firgure out why I didn’t get withdrawal from alcoholism now that I’m on lamotragine which is a calcium channel blocker I wonder if this has caused the difference as it’s the only thing that’s changed between the drinking and quitting before and the drinking and quitting now maybe a link there? I know I’m in withdrawal because I have the same stomach issues as I usually do and nausea and dehydration but not the shakes or extreme anxiety I always get and the flu symptoms it’s just the stomach pain like a sudden increase in stomach acid and gastritis type symptoms but not psych symptoms or flu symptoms shakes or severe anxiety and mood changes
