can facial fat grafting be done ahead of a full deep plane face lift in a 68 year old- if I can't take 3 weeks off during face lift recovery now while I have a dog in a wheel chair. Would like to do what I can now. Will fat grafting ahead of a lift cause an issue of putting it in the correct places. Serious question.
