Broken blood vessels on the nose, which is usually an inherited trait, may be treated using the Cutera Excel V Plus Laser. In this video, Board Certified Dermatologist, David Bushore, MD, FAAD, explains the various steps to treating the smaller red vessels of the nose.
This includes a look "under the skin" with a VISIA scan, where you see what areas require treatment. Dr. Bushore then moves into the laser treatment room and demonstrates the actual treatment using the Cutera Excel V laser-- at various settings. What would happen if you laser over Seb derm? I’m sure I have mixed rosacea and Seb derm. I find the creams I use to treat rosacea and repair skin barrier worsen seb derm because of the lipids.
