Cracking job. Some people swear by sanding back and coating everything in rust inhibitors, but you've done the best thing by taking it right back and building up the layers. Nice one mate 👍

When the finish appearance doesn't matter use POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating. .

Looking for an NV200 also, but finding one with Air Con is proving impossible, especially with reasonable miles. Does yours have it? Thanks and subscribed 👍

Unless you are gonna buy one new most companies won't fit that option unfortunately so you may have to look at another manufacturer that has air-con as standard my Mercedes Sprinter doesn't have it and it cost me 26k second hand I couldn't find any with air-con 😪

How is the rust on the van in general ? Been looking at several nv200's and they all seem to suffer from rust around the engine mount and wheel arches.

I haven't had any problems with rust - my NV200 is a 2015 model. I think this roof rust was just due to some damage from a previous owner.

Do you suppose you could turn your camera 90 degrees? It looks pretty terrible on my PC.

I filmed it for a 1 min Short but didn't realise how much I had until it was too late!

Try fitting 185 tyres on the standard wheels fills up the arches lifts the van slightly giving great clearance and drives better not like noddy car
