Hi Dr. P, thank you for posting the video about wrist tendinitis and red light therapy. I have a similar unit to the one you showed, but I am missing the instruction manual. I have chronic wrist tendinitis. I mainly wanted to know what level of intensity(1-5) to use and if you recommend the Pulsing option, and if so what level of Pulsing do you recommend too? Thanks so much!

I would use the highest. Either constant or pulsed is OK; pulsed may be better for acute flare ups

Thank you! Question for you if you would be so kind - could microsurgery for carpel tunnel release caused a secondary raynauds if a surgeon doesn't order PT/OT post op? It's hard to tell if one has new onset reynauds after covid *(severe, in march 2020, frontline nurse, no medical help since I refused the vent - I knew what was going on and wasn't going to participate...and die from that), just a couple months after the carpel tunnel surgery . Now, stuck with this. I'm doing electro-acupunture with FIR, ad some sauna, but also bought a NIR wand. Would love and be thankful for your input and please don't reply with "ask your doctor" ...I'm asking YOU for your input on possibilities, hypotheses, etc. We all *(most) know what "asking your doctor" will do...Thank you! :)

I have to assume whoever gave you the diagnosis of Reynauds syndrome is correct. Whenever surgery is performed there is a risk of damaging surrounding nerve tissue, so yes, it's conceivable they are related.

Hi Dr. P, I suffer with an extreme amount of (left) wrist pain due to osteoarthritis. The pain also moves up into my palm and wraps around my thumb and goes to the back. I wish your product came in a glove format like a workout glove/wrist wrap. Are you aware of anything like that which is fitted with red light therapy diodes?

the wraps come with an elastic band. You can form the wrap into a cylinder and hold that shape with the band, and place one or both hands in it.

​@painandinjurydoctor Hi Dr. P thank you for the reply. In the video, you said to not wrap it too tightly because it could damage the LED's, which led me to wonder if this was the right product for me. But I will give it a try. Thank you!

@@derk8180 hi, i meant you shouldn't fold it like a piece of paper, or roll it too tightly like around a finger. Those can damage the wiring inside.
