I play the Electric Guitar and learning. I started having these symptoms a few weeks ago. I work for a senior living Washing Dishes. it happened like three weeks ago. I told my Manager. I kept working to a speed I was able to. My hand is swollen. But seeing my Dr. on Thursday of this week. I do have a guitar Teacher that lives upstairs from me. and He's an Awesome Teacher. My guitar lessons are gonna take me to Lakewood Church of Houston Tx. I love God so, much and wanna play and Entertain others. I hope we can talk if able my Name is Arthur. I also did your Stress ball exercises. I found this to be exciting and helpful. I strongly couldn't fully work with all the exercises. But the Forearm Video I surely will be making this my actual Favorite forever. When playing My Electric Guitar, Thank you and God Bless You.

This is really wonderful helping our tigger point to command the brain to function properly or helps the blood circulation . I love it My grandfather when he is alive and my mother is pregnant on the pulse only, my grandfather knows that my mother deliver her baby with in hours . My aunt suffer delivering her baby but my grandfather said don’t worry she will deliver it normally only he put his hand on the pulse . He died at the age 104 without sickness or disease .

Thank you for this Massage. That did feel wonderful on my arm. I had my Carpal Tunnel swollen for a few days doing my Crochet work. No fun when that happens. The fingers do hurt. They can cramp up.

Va salut din Moldova,nu sint vorbitoare de engleza va scriu în Romana ,mii de mulțumiri pentru video și Dumnezeu sa va trimata toată sănătatea din lume și sa va aibă în paza sa,în aceasta iarna meam fracturat mina stingă am stat 6 săptămâni în ghips medicul nu mea lămurit ce exercitii sa fac ce masaj,alt medic mea spus ca trebuia sa fiu operata dar deacuma e tirziu nu pot întoarce mina cu palma în sus nu pot stringe pumnul încerc tot ce îmi scoate domnul in ochi eu cred ca după astfel de masaj ma voi face bine.

Max of twice a week. Rest in between is best for full recovery.

@@bonnbienrellin8292 I don’t see why not. Taking a bath relieves stress. If you believe in Pasma (a Filipino / Spanish term in which cold in water can enter the body after physical exercise, which can be unhealthy). It’s a myth and not even a medical term.

Thanks so much for this video. I have been doing this for the past couple of weeks daily . I just read one comment asking how often should you massage and your answer was “twice a week max”. Am I hurting myself by doing it daily? It has allowed me to sleep with out pain since I started massaging. Exercise for carpal tunnel didn’t help much, but your massage does.

Rest in between is beneficial. Massages boost up the healing, but the actual healing process happens during your rest. Say for instance you scrape a skin and have a wound, how long does it take for it to heal? It will take more than a day right? Same goes for internal injuries.

If its muscle strain try to visit a massage therapist, then rest it a few days. Lower back can also mean kidney stones so it all depends.

It is inflamed. Decrease pressure of massage. Don't over do it. Also do some forearm stretching exercises to increase flexibility.

@@sammyskit Alot of factors/reason why there’s inflammation. Hence alot of ways to avoid it. To recover it needs rest. Meat protein can help hasten recovery. Try earthing/grounding as well. There’s science behind it.
