I just got my first injection in one eye last week. My eye stings with shooting pain to the back of my head still... Both eyes are scheduled next month, I hope it works as I'm 38, and a mom... Type 1 for 26 years.

How can you treat a side effect without curing the cause? I had 6 injection in my left eye, the most painful laser treatment and one injection in my right eye. I didn't feel any benefit from the treatment. The firstime they injected me with iodine for the eye scan I got an allergic reaction immediately. Hives, they didn't have any anti histamine in the pregmacy, supposedly someone went to buy anti histamine. I finally came home with my hives and took venadril. The second time they did the same procedure they gave me some allergy meds made me wait for few minutes sure enough I had another allergic reaction. I'm so glad I didn't developed an anaphylaxis, a trackcheotomy* is dangerous and not fun. I finally give up. I see as bad as when I had the first shoot. Those injection are like torture you pay fo, never mind the laser with only numbing drops.

@3:30 you said the vision can be regained. Is it really possible sir ? My mother is suffering from vision loss in one eye i.e, retinal detachment. Please reply me it's really urgent.

I know this comment came out 7 months ago and your mother is probaly fine now but here is what you should do get prompt surgery for the retinal dettachment and it will either completly restore her vision or some. Dont worry if she still has vision loss were doing the best we can to find more about stem cell therapy in order to completly restore vision for those who suffer retinal dettachment.
