This guy mentions nothing about diet, he just peddles drugs as the only treatment. Typical. He is not ace.

A ZERO FIBRE DIET has put me in clinical remission from severe acute UC. Essentially carnivore but people are more accepting of the "zero fibre" title. Watch out for A1 casein in dairy too.

I know this is an older video but I’ve had acute Colitis twice in the last year. Should I be trying to ask to see a GI Dr? I can’t handle going through the pain of this again so please answer my question if you know. Thank you.

I am in clinical remission from severe acute UC. Go on a zero fibre diet. Basically carnivore. Look it up and you will see countless testimonials.

John 3:16 see your local doctor get them to prescribe steroids if your having an active flare, as well as Octasa it an anti inflammatory for the bowl, both of these medications help with the route cause of the flare while you wait to be put on other management medication. Pain killers help the symptoms of a flare but don’t address the flare it’s self without other medications. I am in the U.K. and when I flare the earlier the hospital starts to treat it the faster I normally recover. Strong painkillers for symptom management are normally what I have most problem being prescribed. I also take supplements with the flare to help with vitamins I miss from going to loo so much then change my diet to non processed foods, low fibre & food which does not irate my bowl. I have complete/pan Ulcerative Colitus so it’s normally then waiting for what disease management drug I will be prescribed for this flare. Then plenty of rest, staying hydrated & away from stress normally helps my recovery process. I find a good I.B.D team at my local hospital as help me a lot currently have a flare, due to a month + antibiotics to counter a bad flu which turned into pneumonia with a lung lying abscess I had over Christmas. For pain a hot water bottle helps, but I find I need pain relief for the cramps just go easy & don’t get constipation as that does not help a I.B.D flare. Hope you get well soon.

really your video is very useful. My uncle was also suffering from UC. He tried many medicines but don't get any benefits. After that, we started treatment from Planet Ayurveda which helped my uncle in treating the disease within 4 months. Thanks to the Planet Ayurveda team
