Factor in the crazy cost of one set of tubes and ear pieces for the Volt. $35!!! They recommend changing every 3 months.

Not sure about hearing loss. But my tinnitus just got alot worse in my right ear today. I was picking up food at a restaurant doing Uber Eats and I got a loud spike in my right ear and now it won't go away. It went from a 2 to at least a 6 tonight. I'm really scared.

I'd like to know where I can get ear hooks for the Core hearing aids so I can use the size 13 tubes I just got for those, and my Pro aids. I cannot understand any speech with the thin tubes, with either the open, or the closed, eartips. For some ridiculous reasons, your company insists the difference is All in the eartips on how well a person can hear. That is Not true. Because if it was, I would Not be experiencing such a vast difference in my hearing between my Pro aids and my Core aids. I can Hear, and Understand, with the Pro aids, at Half the volume. I cannot hear well, with either eartips, with the thin tubes on the Core aids, even at full volume. So it isn't the tips. I Need the thicker tubing!! And I'm sure I'm Not the only one. I need to find the ear hooks for the Core aids so I can use them, and not have $1600 hearing aids just sitting in a box. I have found, ordered, and received the correct sized 13 tubing. But, I also need the earhooks, or at least a hearing aid type or model # that I can order something to fit them... Some people just need larger tubing. You all need to realize that. Your closed eartips are NOT the solution for everyone....🤔 You also need to understand that the sanity of an entire family is involved when a person is seeking assistance to hear better. Being asked to repeat over and over is very tiring to them, and frustrating to me when I have to do it. So, if someone can guide me to the ear hooks that used to be offered for the Core hearing aids, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
