Infernals are given vision of the outside Rivers... every time u teleport north into the River they can see you.... Also Regrow tree's to slow them down. your 'hideout' is also immune to spells.

Oh I see, So the outside rivers are not exactly the best escape routes.

do they get something for destroying trees , i see there is the % of trees left, so why does it matter

Nobody gets anything for destroying trees. The number of trees is important for ents to hide though. If infernals destroy all the trees, they can simply roam around the map and ents have no safe place to hide. You should Always regrow as an ent to make life for infernals as hard as possible.
