I have this exact bike Love it! Ended up changing the display, got a zeb and a megneg on the rear shock and it's great

Ya, the stock display on this model wasnt thought through very well. Hard to properly position the dropper lever with it….which display did you go with?

@@MTBShed I ended up just getting the kiox It a bit tidier with the screen on the top tube but still not ideal with the dropper post as you said, bosch motor is great but their controllers need work Bike is awesome though

Just took my Jamis Faultline you guys dis a video on for it's first ride. Can't say I was disappointed. Some of the trails get pretty rough and it handled them very well.

Ya, I ended up taking one for demo and really digging. Not got to ride it much but felt great on the few downhills I hit. I was pleasantly surprised how stiff it was pedaling. Congrats on the new bike!

V impressed w my 2nd hand 7 out here in NZ, stepping off a Focus Jam2. fast, nimble, plush ride thru t nonsense on-track. I’m going noticeably faster. not sold on t Purion controller, easy to move 2 power settings(compared w t clearcut click levers on t Focus. Shimano E8000 setup) + t Bontrager tires drift a bit on smooth damp stones(haven’t broken a spoke yet/ t other failing I gather). weighs 25.2 kg. Go Trek I say.

Ya, seems the controller was an afterthought. We broke the first one because of the positioning with the stock dropper.

Audio has issues on iphone, i have to turn my phone sideways to hear other guy talking, then turn it back for other guy. But great video anyway!

This bike is nose heavy, be careful on drops, I’ve been over the bars twice on recommended sag.

Interesting and scary 😦. We always set customers up a little stiff here in the Midwest since mostly XC riding.
