Why did you go up via Tengboche when there is a much more impressive high trail on the opposite side of the valley? The Mong La - Phortse - Pangpoche High Scenic Trail offers vastly better views, lots of wildlife and practically no other trekkers. Tengboche can be visited on the way down.
