Very nice piece of kit. Contemplating whether going for the 1.5 or the 2. Presumably, with the front/rear ends being vertical that should suit taller hikers as there aren't any wasted angles.

If I was to buy again, I would go for the 1.5. The S1 is great but interior space is limited. Having said this, it's not big issue, I really like the tent.

Hello, thanks for this video. I bought this tent recently, can you tell me how to steer it when there is wind?

Hi, glad you found the video useful.. It's best to pitch the low end of the tent into the wind but even if the wind turns during the night, I've always found it to be very stable. I would recommend using the side guy-lines to stop the sides being blown against the inner tent. All the best. 🙂

Great videos! I've been considering a Stealth 1 for a while now - what's it like for condensation? Cheers, Nick

Hi, my Stealth is a silnylon version without a rear door so in certain conditions can suffer with condensation. As I understand it, some of the newer materials cope with condensation better than silnylon and I guess the rear door option helps too. Another thing to consider is the size of the tent, there is little room to do much more than sleep in it. Most of these problems can be alleviated if using it as a tarp, which is another option. ATB 👍

Nice vid! I would like to buy this tent, but is it good for Scotland/Iceland country where can be strong storms and very strong winds?

Hi, It stood up well on my hikes in Scotland, although I never used it in extreme conditions. I have read blogs from other users who stated that it is very stable s in strong winds. Check this blog lighterhiker.wordpress.com/2015/02/25/a-night-at-minus-4-in-the-trekkertent-stealth-1/ What I can say is that the tent, when pitched correctly feels extremely stable. All the best, Gary.

Never got on with my Stealth 1.5. Perhaps I should have used it more than 3 times though. 🤔

It took me a while to get used to using mine. As I said in the video, space is tight but I love the light weight and pack size, I also find it quick and easy to pitch. I can understand why it might not be right for everyone though.

@@TheConstantHiker I really wanted it to work, the 1.5 was actually quite spacious too.
