Not much to say about trekking through history other than its a very solid low complexity title that would suit family game night, and now i'm keen to try out the other trekking games too.

Great overview. The component quality here is way higher than I would expect from a family game. It's rather beautiful.

Honestly this is one of my go to games for non heavy gamers. It’s super fun to play, the quality is high, and the teach is easy and players feel clever while playing it. Phenomenal game.

Yeah, its a real good time. Im keen to try the other two now. Trekking the world and trekking the national parks.

This feels like it would be, in addition to a good family game, a good "last game of the night". Just enough going on to make you think, but not enough for analysis paralysis.

Its a nice production with a neoprene mat and some great artwork too. All considered at that price point I could see it having a place in many collections. And yes like you I'm curious about trekking the world now too.

THANKS for sharing! I enjoy watching your 3-minute game reviews. You give a quick, overall gist of the product that is helpful in deciding whether I would want to buy the game or not, and your videos are just fun to watch 😎

In the copy I got the blue chips and green chips are very hard to tell apart. In 3:38 the ones you have are distinctly different color. I wonder why it is like this in my case.

Newer? Mine is definitely a 2nd printing

I really like the underdog games. They do a great job at learning through osmosis. I look forward to trekking the world second edition. It is going to make it more different from trekking the national parks and validate have both in your collection I hope.

🤩 educational fun game 🎉

Would have been nicer if all cards focused on science IMO. I am thinking about cards that focus on progress in math, chemistry, physics and eventually advanced technology like computing and so on. I really hope they can make an extension like that. Building paths starting from number zero being found, prime numbers being found, details on cryptography like encryption being found etc and Internet being found etc would be so fun. Eventhough the game is spectacular the cards you build feels disconnected to each other. Also excellent review and channel, keep up the good work.

Why though? Science is a only a small part of human history. You miss out on every bit of art and culture if you just do discoveries.

I played this a couple of times. It seems to be less about history, and more about an Americanised social and cultural view of history.
