I was there in 1982. The road ended/ the trek begun in Trisuli. It took us 14 days from Trisuli to Kyanjin and back to Trisuli. No suspension bridges, no guest houses. Families offered places to sleep in their houses, and food: tee, porridge, tsampa. The cheese factory - a Swiss development project - was already in place. The treck was very beautiful.

Thank you so much dai. Recalled many memories from my 2010 trek. The langtang valley was the most beautiful place I had ever been to. To this day, I describe it as feeling as if I had entered inside a painting. The scenes, the sheer width of the valley, the waterfalls up in the mountains falling in slow motion, the greenery and the rock faces of the mighty mountains. It was just magical. It is heartbreaking to see it being destroyed by the earthquake. Hope to see the trekking route recuperate even more in the future....and One thing I'm sad about is the tall hotel buildings at Kyanjing Gompa. It really takes away the feel of the valley with tall buildings clustered together within a small space.

I started watching ur videos from last week Great videos Couple suggestion . When u starting the video if you can show a map and point the area or place you going it will give audience more idea what they are looking at . 2. When u mention the stop if you point them in map its easy to track how far have you travelled and more.

Tashi Deleg! Thank you for your time and effort making this enjoyable video. I am a practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism. Is the Kyanjin Gompa a Nyingma place? (I am guessing that it is.) My teacher is Loppon Jigme Rinpoche, son of Lama Sherab Dorje of Repkong Monastery in Tibet. He is a former student of Chatral Rinpoche. His mother was a Throma practitioner from Pemako in Tibet. I am also a student of his late cousin, Lama Tharchin Rinpoche. Our Guru now is Dudjom Yangsi Rinpoche, the Tulku of Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche. This trek is beautiful, and one I would like to make, if I have the strength. I will be coming to Nepal to spend my last years. Thanks so much. Vajra Guru Pema Siddhi Hung! Konchog Zangpo

Very nice nepal katmandu trekking video.trekking is possible for youngesters and eligible persons in group only.prior program is necessary , i do not know about all season climate of beautiful valley.so trekking period should be specified for outsiders.suspension bridges over river is beautiful but some times dangerous too.heavy loads , diseased can not pass through.permanent bridges may be constructed on sides in additon with suspension bridges.side wall is needed in vallies and hills.grid like structure with iron rods may be built , so that the natural beautiful view of travellers will not be affected.stones and minerals may be wanted for some purposes.valley not approachable may be the reason for still being.no roads.very nice travel video.thankyou.
