The thermal generated in the valley is so fierce that it pushes everything back up. It was a breathtaking experience. Look up for 'Konkan Kada' over the internet. Thats the place where all the magic happens.

+Mayuresh Patil The trails are properly marked but the issue is that there are many trails to reach on top and therefore local support is a must. And no climbing equipment is required on the Khireshwar route.

Hey +Syed Abbas Ahmed! Monsoons effect the route via Khireshwar village during the months of heavy rainfall i.e. July - Sept. You can visit the place any time round the year as multiple route options are available. The most usual ones are through the Pachnai Village (easier and less time consuming) and another one via Khireshwar village (bit difficult but more preferred for scenic beauty). It becomes very cold during nights, so if you are planning to visit in January than make sure you make provisions for proper insulation. Best time to visit is just after monsoon as you will find all the greenery and scenic beauty that can be expected from such a place.
