Very good video showing such high speed trains, but what shocked me was watching some people cross tracks in front of these trains. A slight mistake, or a slip of fate, means bye to life itself.

it's a super normal part of life there, so they know how to time it correctly. it's similar on city streets with cars too, where there are not always street lights, signs and other traffic signals. people just cross the street by walking through the moving traffic. people definitely get hurt pretty often, but at the same time it's such a normal part of life so statistically most people will be fine randomly walking across so they continue to do it. the way western nations do it is to ensure it isn't common behaviour in the first place to minimize ANY deaths. but over in india they still just YOLO things
