Tremola Pass Road Switzerland | Sankt Gotthard Pass - Airolo - Ticino

We drive on the Tremola, the world-famous serpentine road in Switzerland from the Sankt Gotthard Pass to Airolo in Ticino. The Tremola Pass road is the longest road construction monument in Switzerland with 4 kilometers in length, 300 meters in altitude and 24 hairpin bends. The paving, with granite stones, is preserved for almost the entire route, as well as the kilometer stones and the dry stone walls. The pass road leads from the Gotthard Pass to Airolo in Ticino.

Ein wunderschönes Panorama auf dieser Strecke! Kleiner Tipp am Rande: Eine Nachtfahrt dort während eines Wolkenbruchs sorgt für angenehmen Nervenkitzel, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! 😅
