Tren Maya Cancun Station- February Construction Updates

I stopped by The Tren Maya Station in Cancun, just next to the Cancun airport where there will be a free shuttle for visitors and local alike. There is still much to do, but the train is running, although slower than anticipated when complete. Hope thsi helps for anyone planning to use the station and train line soon.
The train is running, but the maximum speed of 160 km/h is not being reached as they secure everything. Not sure when it will only take 2 hours from Cancun to Merida, but this trip took a little over 4 hours plus the tram into La Plancha Park.
