The wall was causing friction, but it was steering him. That's why he had to put his pedal to the metal, while everyone else was having to ease their speed to keep to the turn! And because he lined himself up with the wall at the right time he didn't risk crashing into it!

We were jumping our factory bikes in Cali for some pics. 3 pilots, 8 - 5th gear WFO jumps, 8 cased broken FACTORY frames. Bent off protaper bars and all. Mind blowing. Massively sprained wrists, spines and ankles. circa 1994. Crusty'ies and Seths leap was like a lil creek jump. But the factory wouldn't allow them to be published because the PR dept deemed it "reckless and open to liable". We put it ALL out there for those pics knowing they would go platinum.(We assumed...) PR thought it was inviting others to emulate it. And the liabilities blah blah,we were told. It was heartbreaking...These were 300+ foot jumps looking down on the telephone pole tops and transformers from up above... That was the most insane day for me, just thrashing top shelf gear to dust like that.. I am 100% positive it would be classic early Psychcross pics.. But it was never allowed to be seen. Sadness. Maybe one day Kawasaki will show them. Dunt dunt dun dunnnn...X files sounds...They are out there! 94 I was such a dork. I passed up so much as.....
