12:00- You're at "Tom's" cnr North Bch Rd heading towards "Wankers" (known as Mettams). I lived at 5 Chrysostom St in the early 80's. It was my first mortgage @ $30,000.....Quiz- Why is that little surf beach called "Toms"? Great vid BTW, cheers. 14:45- I had my swimming lessons there in the mid-1960's!

Love your vlogs..I have been to Cottesloe..it was lovely..ex pat Brits have a Christmas Day tv slot over here from the beach..I saw my dream home looking over City Beach when I visited my daughter in Glen Forrest...compared to London prices Aus is cheap😂😂..but much more attractive and nicer to live..🇬🇧 Ty for sharing ❤🎉

A unit is also known as an apartment, condo or flat. It's usually referred to as a unit here in Perth.

There's a few small units near Scarborough worth $500k each .. PLUS strata fees 🫠.
