Also, try using the primer after the moisturizer, then the powder and setting spray. Play with the order of application until you get the best results for your skin type. 😁 💜 It's a great technique and can be varied for different skin types. I heard about it many years ago from Wayne Goss and in Makeup Academy. 😁 💜

Ive used powder under foundation for a long time now ,, you have to let the moisturizer sink in first then do primer and then I use a powder from elf thats made to use this way that is a dupe for the urban decay velvetizer then of course Foundation and I have extremely oily skin like within 20 minutes i normally look oily but doing it this way I'm set for usually a good 6 hours before I start looking oily 💖😍 if you need me to i can tell you the exact name of the elf powder and yes you can also mix it in with a foundation to make it matte

It's called elf make me matte and if you read the instructions it says for use under Foundation or use mixed in with a foundation to make it matte ,, I never found a better one !!
