I do have a quick question for you and feeling very dumb at the moment. I have all 7 lights grouped in the app and can now turn all 7 lights to a different color simultaneously which is cool. What I can't figure out is how to get all the lights to change colors in synch and follow the same scene? It's boring without the lights moving and just trying to understand how to get the flow going. Appreciate the help🙏

Are they bright enough to light the room of used as a ceiling light?

Depends on the size of the room - but for my 4x3m room this is in, with all the lights off, it does light it up for me to see everything, but not bright enough to do any particular work in. If that makes sense? I don't think this would be good as ceiling lights in my opinion.

I don't think its valid. You can very easily adjust the colours, the speed, the transitions, the brightness intensity and more, from the app, so that you don't get any headaches from the dramatic flashing lights.
