A pair of universal worktop jig for routing mitre joints in laminated, timber and compact laminate surfaces. Features 3mm, 10mm and 35mm inset options, and innovative front edge alignment technology for scribed, out-of-square and non-standard worktops.
Features:
Front Edge Alignment Technology* replaces traditional setup pins and accurately positions the jig directly to the start of the female mitre joint, for unrestricted worktop widths. Designed for scribed, out-of-square, and non-standard installations.
Narrow Inset System combines our Front Edge Alignment Technology* and inset gauges* to easily, quickly and accurately create 3mm and 10mm insets. Perfect for square-edged and modern bullnose worktops. Narrow insets give a cleaner aesthetic, prevent cutter wear, and cordless router battery drain.
Male Cut-Line Positioning Devices* account for the 8.65mm cutter-to-guide bush offset and position the jig directly to the male cut line, giving highly accurate results for trapped and out-of-square installations.
Preset Connector Bolt Recesses accommodate all standard worktop bolt sizes, including Zipbolt and Unika Slimline connection bolts.
Indexed Backsets for 600, 610, 616, 620, 635, and 700mm wide worktops allow the female joint to be setup quickly.
400mm Radius for breakfast bar and peninsula trimming.
R100mm, R40mm and 45° Corners for edge finishing.
90° Straight Cuts for skimming and trimming.
35mm Hinge / ¾” BSP Recess for surface-mount monobloc tap and concealed hinge installation.
CNC-Machined Compact Grade HPL provides precision, strength and durability
In-built 8mm Radius Gauge ensures the worktop to be cut is suitable for a 10mm inset.
In-built 8.65mm Marking Gauge helps to perfectly position the jig for peninsula, radius and 45° corner finishing.
