Completely agree with your comments on Technology. We purchased a villa in Antigua through Luxury Locations right in the middle of covid when there were no flights going into the country. My wife and I had a conference call with Nadia (on Mother's Day) and she walked us through the entire process. She made arrangements for video walk-throughs, provided lawyer recommendations, and connected us with local contractors - who we still work with to this day. It was a scary time to invest in a foreign property, but we couldn't be happier with our decision.
