I feel like it was this arc that it finally became clear to the Jonin that Naruto had far more potential than they could ever have. He always had potential with the nine tails chakra reserves etc, but here he’s showing a prodigy level of chakra control on par with the 4th who was previously the best given his work on the rasengan. Naruto is showing he’s not a bumbling clumsy child anymore and the potential before them is unprecedented.

Everytime I see a Hokage doing paperwork, I get upset Naruto never ever shadow cloned that sh!t and finish his business in 30 seconds 😂😂😂
