Perfect play. Haru is a good ship for learning gunboating, though not very forgiving since it can tak full pens from BB's (right?).

No DD takes full pens from BBs for a long time.

no full pens but because the thing is huge and clumsy it just eats shit everytime a BB shoots it. which probs makes it feel like full pens sometime when you get smashed

Haru and khaba used to take full pens even from BB AP but WG remove it from them

it's a side grade, but I'd probably say it is because superships exist and tier 9 is not a great place to be right now. If WG limits supership MM to only T10+, I'd just play kita instead
