I would consider her more a gunboat, myself. He torps move quickly, but don't hit all that hard in comparison to T10 battleship health pools.

Ahh the eternal ifhe debate. Personally I have always favoured raw dmg over the fires rng. maybe some AP salvos while he was broadside...... maybe.... gg

Kind of BS like subs. In the mane of balance 13 kg 100 mm HE shell has the same penetration like US 118 kg or french 123 kg 203mm shell
