Great vid, loved it - Thats the reason why i bought Mecki as my first steel ship ever besides the fact I'm german - i loved the design and layout of it, speed, accuracy and being a tank - the low cal. is not a downgrade in my opinion if u compare it with their key elements as i mentioned before - just to play her as a close quarters ship with Max ranged sec. but switched it back long ago to deliever death and brute force with 16 guns loaded with sauerkraut und bratwurst

I feel like Trenlass would like the Novorossiysk at T6. It's essentially a mini Mecklenburg - small battleship cannons but very tight dispersion for T6. You can farm with HE and punish broadsiding battleships and cruisers with AP. It's also pretty quick for T6.

Trenlass makes every ship look good.... Meck is mid. Bourg, Lauria, Ohio (Research Bureau), Vincent (Tech Tree), etc. are MUCH better....

Look the problem with the mecklen is the same prob with the conq...ppl play at max ranges and never switch shell types and never move a lot position wise and then when they get in trouble they blame the ship while that's not the case at all ..I've played the conq line and I play at mid ranges pre kited at 1/4th speeds and the ships play like monsters same is the case with mecklen but if it doesn't have superheals it has armour

Look at trenlass in the match he keeps moving in a pre kited manner,keeps switching shell types cause of the good reload on the guns etc ...u guys know the rest

Great game my friend. In your opinion what is currently the best coal or steel battleship for someone who likes to brawl? Love the Schlieffen and the Libertad but have the steel and coal to get another BB.

i still cant understand why people chose bourgogne over mecklenburg. you have speed yes but, 32mm everywhere and not so accurate guns are really killing it. on the other hand 16 accurate guns, nice reload and being able to tank is really nice.

Bourg has higher pen of virtue of both higher caliber shells and faster velocity alongside with reload booster and better secondaries

The Speed Boost and MBRB is the selling point; Bourg can flank and kite a whole flank by itself.... Meck doesn't have something that makes it better than other BBs.... it's 2nd or 3rd (at best) in multiple categories.... Brawling: Schlieffen, Libertad, Vincent, Ohio, Incomp Long Range: Yamato, Slava Flanking/Kiting: Bourg, Lauria, Incomp Mid-Range: Ohio, Vincent, Colombo Uniquenes: Bourg, Wisconsin, Lauria/Colombo, Incomp Meck isn't the best at anything.... and other BBs are significantly better at one element or another.... which is why Bourg is 99% agreed the better BB.

@@andrewmbaba7608 bourgogne either will be overmatched, or is gonna die by thousand bites by secondaries from the ships above. 8 barrels that fires like a shotgun, whereas 16 accurate barrels and better reload. even tho she can kite a flank it doesnt mean its better than mecklenburg imo. 32mm is a nightmare while taking CV bombs, ifhe destroyer guns, ifhe secondaries, normal secondaires, 457 guns shooting at you etc. only good thing about bourgogne is her speed, other than that shes useless in my eyes i have no trouble while engaging any bourgogne.

Because it's not good to run a full Secondary Build in this ship... if you want a full Secondary build, get a Schlieffen or Libertad. MAYBE a GK, but even then, not the best idea... Meck with full secondary is doing yourself a disservice.

Well if u r that interested than go for a hybrid build in which u will still be able to take main battery dispersion mod and also some secondary range with survivability build

@@richcampbell1486 Meck has accurate guns... if you full build secondary, you lose the strongest aspect of the ship. Also, Meck doesn't have to armor to Tank a Full Secondary Build, and it's Secondaries aren't as good as Schlieffen. Add in the fact that it doesn't have hydro... Full secondary build is a disservice on the ship.
