Look at his record and I do not care what he won, with players he inherited like Thornton, Mitchell, Temple, and such. He has one player signed for next year and is putting all his hope in getting Ricardo Gathers, and if he does not get him, he has no one else lined up. Poor recruiter, and has poor assistants, thus he is a bad coach.
