I would say that any, not only mobile footage, is subject to optical illusion... (if it was the best camera in the world, that does not prevent faking footage, but if anything assists it) that is why establishing reference and calculating what he did by that is important.... and of course, prove it's his plane.... it is the fact he admitted to overflying the estate which builds the case for it more substantially than any footage... the question being, was what he did legal or not (I see the issue not as being recklessness so much as busting the minimal altitude over housing)
