The Secret Sound -Luna Réaltra- Keep working at it! Speed, strong jump, high plan/strait top arm, hard knee drive, and a strait tail leg swing are the main points that we practice over and over. Keep it up and you’ll get there!!!!

This is so cool. I vaulted in high-school back in the 70's. There is nothing like riding the bend and crossing the bar. Well done young man.

I will hopefully start pole vaulting this summer. You look great at doing it but it seems so hard

I’m an 8th grade pole vaulter and I jumped 13’ during school season and I’m on my way to nationals right now hoping to jump 14’ I’m currently the #1 8th grader in the country

I was using bamboo poles when I was pole vaulting in 1965.

im in 8th grade and i can only do 7ft lol but ive only done it one time this year and it wasnt officially measured
