Here in Sweden we have a mettle net along the hole end of our roof to prevent the snow from falling all at once. Allie should not be outside with wet hair so dangerous 75 % of the heat goes out through the head you need to cover your head . I really enjoy your videos great work 😊
@todallard87912 жыл бұрын
So untrue we do not lose 75% heat from our heads this info from webmd "Lots of people believe that but this pearl of motherly wisdom is FALSE. Here's why. The head only represents about 10% of the body's total surface area. So if the head were to lose even 75% of the body's heat, it would have to lose about 40 times as much heat per square inch as every other part of your body. That's unlikely -- which has been borne out by tests of college students who lost the same amount of heat whatever the exposed area."

The number one thing I learned growing up in the Sierra Mountains and Lake Tahow that is only 4800 ft altitude, is to always leave your heater on at least 50 degrees. So, even when we were relaxing on a beach in the tropics for a week or ten days, the heater was on at 50 degrees, and we left water dripping. The water dripping is what I don't know how you would do right now because you don't have your drains like sinks or showers installed yet. Honestly, I always forget to leave the water dripping, but I don't live where it gets as cold as it does where you are, or at least not all the time. Once the garage is built you will still need to have the furnace on in the garage and apartment and running all winter long or you will be cleaning up messes. Never turn off your heater in the winter.
