To be honest, out of 5 times 106 rode an elevator 3 times some shit happened on the way. First it was an elevator to Offices at Site 14 where he was ambushed by a squad of Shield Guards. An elevator at Pandora Insitute got humped by Mothmilf from which he had to run away and then fight. Monument at Jorvik Castle was lowering while a goddamn war was going on(a grenade can sometimes get dropped there). Can't blame him for avoiding those metal traps.

Yep it is Shot fire is from phantom 1 when you go to vent wrong way you can activate the voice line in-game

When you flip the switch if you look carefully you can see a shadow fly passed you towards them and 1-3 and 1-4 is disappearing into backroom you can find both of them body in the backroom before escape the first one

It not cut it still in-game file if you go in the wrong way it will trigger the voice line
