You probably are a level 3 in a premium so let me break it down for you. First off you want to stay below 20 meters so you multipath the missile which will make it not be able to hit you. Second if your high up you will want to drop some chaff and either turn 90 or 180 degrees which is called “notching” and there you go you now know how to dodge the AIM7-F
