Tom G. Hello Tom, thank you for your response. I was not trying to be disrespectful with GIT lovers. I apologize if I sounded like that. Besides, How to be disrespectful if I also have one. What I am saying is that Tres Nuit is 90-95% similar. Talking about colognes, nose and notes is a subjective issue, for that reason I gave 90-95% and not 100%. Maybe that 5-10% that is missing on Tres Nuit in order to be an accurate clone is the lemon verbena that you are identifying on GIT ...All the best!!

Tres nuit does it's job, forget the comparison. It smells like it's going to go cheap, but it holds, right on the fence. I like the sandalwood dry down.

This is why you have to take all of these so-called youtube "fragrance experts" videos with a grain of salt and do your own thing! Lol! I rock Armaf TN vs GIT and absolutely love it! I don't have an issue with its longevity cause I know where and how much to apply on specific body areas for optimum usage. GIT is hot but Amarf TN is a boss! The compliments I get from sportin' it are insane. Plus, my wife absolutely loves it! End of story! Great vids my man!

Tres Nuit is more of a crowd pleaser than GIT, while still feeling unique at the same time. I find myself wearing this very often and my girlfriend absolutely loves it (which I didn't expect as she typically swoons over the sweeter ones). Just as I can't justify buying Aventus because Armaf's Club de unit intense, I can't justify buying GIT because of this one. Fantastic cologne, I absolutely love it.

GIT is in an entirely different class though. It's so much more natural and earthy. It's like smelling in 3D. GIT is a god tier cologne. While they share a similar DNA, Tres Nuit is definitely more synthetic and sharper but oh boy for the price, you're getting one hell of a cologne. Because I love GIT so much, I use the Tres Nuit as my everyday office cologne and use GIT for more special occasions or a night out.

I have both and I'd say it's more than 75 percent. I'd say about 85-90. This is a little sweeter and not as green as GIT. Longevity is better than GIT and gets me more compliments. Maybe it's cos it lasts way longer. I prefer GIT though. When you compare side by side, you can tell the difference

I love GIT and bought this to see how it sized up. I was pleasantly surprised! It's relatively close but smells a bit sharper, and more synthetic. You can definitely smell the quality difference in the Creed. To me Creed is like smelling in 3D. For the cost of the Armaf, I really think it's solid and on me the performance is surprisingly very good. I recommend it but I recommend Creed GIT more even for the price.

Two other well known fragrance reviewers in the KZbin community said that Tres Nuit is about 90% accurate, so basically they gave it more love than this guy. The best thing to do is just try it and make your own conclusions.

I also own both Tres Nuit and Green Irish Tweed and yes they are extremely similar. However, as with Mugler Cologne and Original Vetiver there is more depth and complexity tom the Creed. Is it worth the extra dough? That all depends on the status of one's wallet and the passion they have for fragrance.

I've got a 10ml decant of 2017 GIT and this stuff. The Armaf, to my nose at least, is only very slightly rougher and harsher at the start just as you'd expect. It dries down on me a little bit softer than GIT. All measures of performance are too close to mention. The GIT gives me a slight headache even with a small amount. Cool Water has this effect on me too but the Armaf doesn't. The Armaf smell like GIT that's been teleported across the laboratory. Virtually the same and close enough really not to matter but when you compare them side by side the GIT's higher quality ingredients are only just evident. For the few times I'll wear it during the spring and early summer I'm glad I bought a bottle of it and didn't splurge out on the Creed.

Those who went for #TeamMcGregor might as well go for #TeamBox 😄 I like Tres Nuit and I have it but it can't beat GIT for overall quality. Question is if you are willing to pay extra for that difference. The wallet will need to do the voting. As I have mentioned to other YT reviewers, pls try Raghba for Men (black bottle). It is better than Tres Nuit in terms of scent and performance and it is cheaper as well.
