You are absolutely correct 👍 There is no one in the Dimash lane. Many Dears love this performance for the touchjng Father story that you missed out on. (There is a longer video with subtitles plus side and back stories on Gloria Wu's Channel). Not me. This is the first performance after he woke up as a Mega-Star. He is all Cocky and Swagger which I find very endearing. 😅😏 And he has plenty to be swagger about. It is unbelievable that a man could be that attractive. This is a story about a lonely guy who build his house out in the woods and now he is all alone with the Autumn Wind for Company. The high notes are the Wind singing part. Excellent excuse for taking in a Dimash Concert 👍👍👍though women have been known to come back from a Dimash Concert, a wee bit 🤩starry 👀eyed.🤩 🥰🥰Hugs from a Canadian Dear🇨🇦

American controls and debasement is the last thing that Dimash needs. They tried to get him at The World's Best, but he outsmarted them, and left the competition when they tried to force him to compete against kids. He is the best singer performer artist that earth has seen since Adam and Eve were here....such an all rounder.

My question is, why haven't you guys done more Dimash? Dimash has so much stage presence with any song he sings. You should react to sinful Passion, Ikanaide, and Love Is Like A Dream. You hit the nail on the head, He does sing a song to put an image in your mind of the song. He stated that he hopes to take people away to a fantasy if only for a moment. I wish you would do more of Dimash, beginning with his appearance on the show "The Singer 2017." It really shows how he progressed from then til now. He was only 22 when he participated in this show, and was the first foreigner and the youngest singer in the show; 's history. He was invited to participate and the sponsors considered him as a "dark horse" and would likely not make it past the 2nd episode. It had been a singing competition for professional Chinese singers until Dimash. The others knew nothing about him, not even what he looked like until he stepped on the stage for his first song. The other singers were 12-39 years his senior. He only spoke Kazakh and Russian, and his first four songs were sung in French, Russian, English, and Mandarin, with only one week to learn each song. It would make for very interesting reaction videos. Thanks to the two of you and I hope you do more of Dimash soon. Stay blessed.

A lot of people seem to think that Dimash was the first non-Chinese entrant in the ‘Singer’ series of programmes, but actually, there were others before him! I think Shila Amzah from Malaysia was the first, in 2014 .... Also, Dimash was indeed the youngest-ever participant at that time (2017); however, a Bulgarian singer called Kristian Kostov took part in 2019 at the age of 18. Regardless, it was a honour for Dimash to be selected to take part, and he made the most of the opportunity; it was the launching-pad for him to become known much more globally ....

Opera2 was the second performance of The Singer competition in 2017 in China. The song is in Russian. A language he also speaks fluently. The original was from the famous Russian singer named Vitas. The song is very famous and popular in China. The audience already knew what to expect, but were very surprised when Dimash raised the pitch three times. Vitas but only once. The man who raises his fist in the air at the end is Dimash’s father. He came from Kazakhstan to support his son. However, Dimash knew nothing about it when he performed. I think it was very difficult for him at the beginning. You have to imagine, until this competition in China in 2017 he never was alone. Dimash, like many other Kazakhs, has the tradition of living under one roof with the whole family all together. He lives with his grandparents, parents, a sister, a brother an other relatives in the same house. And now he had to go to China alone, didn‘t know the country, didn‘t know the language, didn‘t know the traditions or livestyle in this country and up to that point he spoke (almost) no English, except maybe „Thank you“ and „My name is Dimash“. Only one interpreter came along and that at the age of 22. He was almost a kid to me then (my son is 20 so I can imagine…). And after that performance he saw his dad. So beautiful and emotional. BTW the audience is also the jury. During the Opera 2 performance, he flirted with the audience in a way that wasn’t really his habit at the time (fortunately that has changed in the meantime). And afterwards he said that he was really uncomfortable that his father saw him like that🤭. Luckily he didn’t find out until afterwards because I love it when he’s like that on stage🥰. I love this video because he still seemed so innocent. Just a boy and he didn't seem as serious as he sometimes is these days. He still looked carefree. You two should check out Dimash’s “Be with Me” music video. MJ was a major influence for Dimash and I feel it comes through in this song and the video. He also raps a bit. The song is in English always good to use subtitles) but he raps in his native language. Like all his work it’s just very different from the others.🫶👏

Yes, many of ladies are taken with Dimost (love that!) I think in this case in the beginning of the song, the people were on edge because they knew the song and they knew what was coming. It's from a Russian singer called Vitas. By the way, this performance is from a competition in China called The Singer. Well, Dimash bested Vitas in his performance of this and it pissed him off. From what I heard Dimash was relying on the show clearing all the necessary copyrights and I heard they didn't actually so Vitas forbid Dimash from ever singing it again. Now- I might be mistaken but it's a fun story. Yeah, Dimash's version is way better. The lyrics to the song are super strange by the way, not what you would expect. Dimash was being fun and flirtly with the audience with this because this is the 2nd week of the competition and he was suddenly famous after that first week. He's very loving to his fans and calls them his Dears. After the 1st weeks performance (he won that round singing SOS) Dimash needed body guards the very next day and every day since then. He stayed in China for awhile after the show ended and released an album and I think it went Platinum in 90 seconds and ultimately it went triple platinum. I hope you can make sense of this story I'm trying to tell 🤣

I think you’re mostly right with that story! The way I read it, the show didn’t receive permission to use the song, and Vitas didn’t ban Dimash from ever doing it again, but Dimash WON’T do it out of respect.
