In our woke fad culture it is the seriousness of the allegation and not the actual sentence, yea or nay, they just don't care and following the crowd is more important than the truth. That is a symptom of the burnout of the society we live in. So many do zero research and actually just see which way the FU Woke public is pushing. If you have no mind I say never mind.

First of all, it was not a "random person". It is now four *people* who have accused Bauer of sexual assault. And these are all women who Bauer let into his life. There are many ballplayers who are more famous or at least as famous as Bauer and they do not put themselves in a predicament that embarrasses their team, their teammates and their fans. Bauer is absolutely right here in apologizing for his behavior. As a baseball fan, I want to see Bauer back on a major league mound again. Let's just hope he is being serious about changing his lifestyle.

This man deserves to have his career back. It was very big of him to apologize when he really didn't need to. If anything he could've railed about how he lost his career over false accusations. Everybody is so quick to ruin a person before the whole process plays out. So good on him for having what ot takes to speak up and make amends. Now give this man a fair shot to prove himself again. He needed to apologize for himself; it is a part of maturation to acknowledge certain imprudent behavior and take responsibility for one's conduct. If he did not violate the law, he should not apologize for any putative criminal conduct, but if he inflicted a degree of harm on those women (even if he didn't do anything illegal), he should also apologize for that.

It's insane to think of how many teams there are in baseball that need a pitcher. He is still a top 10 pitcher at that, and he still hasnt been signed. I cant imagne he is so bad in the locker room that he would make a team worse for signing him and he has a very strong support system both online and in japan so i feel like he will bring in crowds and get merch sales.

its bullshit, in America, we are supposed to uphold the "innocent until proven guilty", but it seems like when any allegations come out its guilty until proven innocent. We should not destroy somebody's livelihood until we are sure they are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Don't forget Marcell Ozuna and Aroldis Chapman were actually arrested for beating their wives out of anger but I guess that's OK to the MLB cause they are still playing. Same goes for Domingo German, still playing. The only thing Bauer is guilty of is being careless with his choice of women.

For a while I was not a fan of Bauer as a person, I loved him as a pitcher for sure. The guy has been lights out for sure. But how the world is right now, the lie of a person will outweigh the journey that another person goes through. I would love to have Bauer on my team but I know my market would shun him unfairly. I really hope he gets back to the bigs. He deserves a chance.

I see Bauer as a huge addition to any team, low risk, high reward type situation. I for one am a yankee fan but I see so many big names on yankee twitter hate on the guy. It really annoys me when people can't get someone out of their head and accept them as a valuable asset for the team.

The apology is genuine. It wasn't scripted, it wasn't read. Like about of people who "had" to apologize before. I'm a huge Tiger Woods fan but his apology back when was read and scripted. And other people as well. I'm a Christian so don't get me wrong when I say this but when people say "I've had time to think about what I've done and I apologize. I recently found God and I've changed." I'm sorry but those apologies don't seem genuine. Bauer's apology felt genuine to the letter. No looking down at a paper. No teleprompter. Good luck Trevor. As a huge Giants fan I still respect you. Love your KZbin videos. Hope you get signed soon.

“I agreed to do things that I shouldn’t have done … was reckless.” Those are his words! He didn’t have a gun to his head! If some freaky woman asks to be choked, punched, bitten, or whatever, the answer is pretty simple. Walk away! Far away!! Otherwise it gives the impression that you’re just as bad as that woman! That being said, everyone deserves a second chance. If and when he gets that chance, I hope he doesn’t find himself in that situation again!

I hope he makes it back what that woman did to him was awful and what major league baseball did was just as bad, but he’s not blameless in the situation. He was arrogant and he was a loner, but it just goes to show you relationships really help you if you make good relationships, people will defend you if you don’t let you hang out the dry.

As a Dodger fan and someone who liked Bauer and his youtube video's and with his Momentum channels, i Understand why baseball did what they did. It looked bad. I was hoping MLB and the Dodgers just waited a bit, but i understand why they didnt. Like i said, it looked bad. Now, if someone signs him they are going to have a damned media frenzy asking the same stupid questions some teams dont want to deal with that. It sucks that scandalous ass people do this to others.

I don't think it is accurate that no MLB team would touch him last year. He was still under contract and getting paid big bucks by the Dodgers and the Dodgers were happy to pay him and not play him. If he would have signed with another team for less money, the Dodgers would have been off the hook with regards to paying him. So, he took the Dodgers money and went to Japan to play, stay in game shape and prove he still has big league stuff. Since he was falsely accused, and no charges pressed, I think he deserves a chance. BTW - have you ever watched his KZbin channel? It's pretty good.
