I wouldn't say carried the show, the grammys are just an institution, but the artists deserve respect. BTS are greats among greats. Jon Batiste, Nas, and Gaga all put on incredible shows rooted in American music culture. I mean Namjoon must have been absolutely geeked to see Nas live like that! I'm also so pumped to see V and Jon Batiste forming a friendship. Jon is an absolute musical savant who has been grinding away at his music career since '98. I love to see the beautiful melting pot of cultures. I just hope to see BTS performing songs more true to their messaging and overall body of work in future America award shows.
